Constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.

This is now included in every CrossFit membership. We offer 3 days a week of Olympic Weightlifting We are a USAW Barbell Club.
Our Barbell Club focuses on Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Barbell Club is a USAW club and coached by a USAW L1 and L2 Coach. Great for beginners and advanced athletes.
