Constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.

This membership is for couples/family members living in the same home.
We offer a 3 days a week Teen Program. For Teens looking to improve sports performance or to have fun and stay active.

Our Barbell Club focuses on Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Barbell Club is a USAW club and coached by a USAW L1 and L2 Coach.
