We offer a  4 days a week and 2 day a week Teen Program. For Teens looking to improve sports performance or to have fun and stay active.

Bootcamp

6 days a week.

Our Bootcamp is designed to burn a lot of calories in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you healthy, fit and feeling amazing!


-Bootcamp consists of HIIT training, Free weights, Cardio etc... We do not use a Barbell or perform Olympic Lifts in bootcamp

Our Barbell Club focuses on Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Barbell Club is a USAW club and  coached by a USAW L1 and L2 Coach.
