Constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.

Our Barbell Club focuses on Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Barbell Club is a USAW club and coached by a USAW L1 and L2 Coach.
CrossFit Lite is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workouts without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. This programs is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than CrossFit. The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. CrossFit Lite classes are great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes.

We offer a 4 days a week Teen Program. For Teens looking to improve sports performance or to have fun and stay active.
