Our bootcamp is designed to maximize calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Each class is 45 minutes. including warm-up and cool down. Bootcamp will keep weight light with a focus on cardio and muscle endurance. Bootcamp can be scaled to fit the needs of each individual.
