How It Works

1. Sign up for membership


2. A coach will contact you to schedule your FREE  "Intro Class". This will be with one of our Coaches either one on one or with up to two other new members. You will learn the basics of CrossFit and movement standards to ensure your safety when you attend regular classes. This is mandatory once you join CrossFit.


3. ENJOY your fitness journey with our amazing Coaches and Community.

We offer a  4 days a week and 2 day a week Teen Program. For Teens looking to improve sports performance or to have fun and stay active.  

*Discounts available for siblings

Bootcamp

6 days a week.

Our Bootcamp is designed to burn a lot of calories in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you healthy, fit and feeling amazing!


-Bootcamp consists of HIIT training, Free weights, Cardio etc... We do not use a Barbell or perform Olympic Lifts in bootcamp
