How to Get Started

STEP 1 : Schedule your FREE class


 Our coaches are welcoming and helpful. We will make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions during your first class

STEP 2: 3 Foundation Sessions

Once you become a member, you will receive three 1-on-1 sessions with a coach. These sessions focus on the primary movements used in our classes. We use this time to teach 1-on-1 to promote confidence, success and safety when you enter regular classes.

STEP 3: Join Regular Classes

Join regular classes, barbell club or 24/7 access.
