This is included in every CrossFit membership. We offer 3 days a week of Olympic Weightlifting We are a USAW Barbell Club.
Our Barbell Club focuses on the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Barbell Club is a USAW club and coached by a USAW L1 and L2 Coach. Great for beginners and advanced athletes.
