Kids CrossFit at Dignified Crossfit

Kids learning fitness basics, playing, and building teamwork with a coach.

1. Build a Foundation for Life

 In our kids' classes, we focus on developing fundamental movement patterns—squatting, jumping, and pressing—in a safe and supportive environment. By mastering these basics early, children build the physical literacy and coordination needed for any sport or activity they choose to pursue as they grow. 

2. Fitness Through Fun

 We believe the best way to keep kids active is to make exercise the highlight of their day. Every session blends functional movements with engaging games and challenges. It’s not just a workout; it’s an opportunity for them to burn off energy, gain confidence, and discover that being healthy is a blast. 

3. More Than Just Strong Bodies

 While we work on strength and agility, we place an equal emphasis on character. Our classes teach teamwork, resilience, and discipline. Whether they are cheering on a teammate or tackling a new skill, your child will learn the value of hard work and the importance of a positive "can-do" attitude.

Free kids Murph workout on Memorial Day!


There will be a Mini Murph Workout for the Kids! Their heat will be at 9:30am.


There will be a pancake brunch for all to enjoy after the workout!
